WINTANNA is being built as one hospitality platform for people navigating travel, local needs, and care for someone else. A Guest can explain what they need, receive a plan, and continue only through capabilities that are actually available and authorized.

One WINTANNA, one continuing context

Text, microphone, and future phone experiences are intended to share the same conversation, request, plan, and transaction lineage. You should not have to restart the problem when you move from useful information to asking for help.

Truth before transaction

Information on a WINTANNA page does not make a service available. When WINTANNA cannot safely fulfill a request, the honest outcome is an alternative, human assistance where authorized, or a clear statement that it cannot safely fulfill the request.

What Answers contributes

WINTANNA Answers provides useful public guidance and preserves bounded page context when a Guest chooses to ask WINTANNA. It is not a separate chatbot and it does not control Places, Providers, payments, or transactions.
